Transcript Naming Protocol

The transcripts are named in the following way: ABC#DmmddyyT#

The first two characters indicate the name of the course, e.g., GR=Grammar, and GE=Geoscience.
The next character indicates the level of the course, followed by the first name initial of the teacher
Mmddyy indicates the date the class was video recorded.
The character after the date indicates whether it is a view of the teacher (T) or a view of the students(S).
The final character indicates the order of video files of a class.

For example, GR1J021413T3 means that it is a grammar class (GR), level 1 (1), Julie's class (J), which was video recorded on 02/14/13 (021413) facing the teacher (T), and it is the third video (3).
