To request an account, send an email to <ceapp@psu.edu> that includes your name, contact information, and a signed Consent Form agreeing to the conditions of use.
Oral Assessment Researchers interested in using English oral proficiency and teaching assessment data need to send an approved IRB from your institution, in addition to a signed Consent Form agreeing to the conditions of use.
